ABOUT US
We are a company that specialises in reporting on service charge accounts and providing consultancy services to managing agents and landlords. The company is led by Kier White, a chartered accountant and associate member of the IRPM, who has been involved in reporting on service charge accounts for over 25 years.

In his previous role as Head of Residential Service Charges at BDO LLP he was responsible for a portfolio of over 3,000 service charge accounts and led the team that won the ARMA ACE Awards 'Service Charge Accountant of the Year' in 2018 and 2019.

Kier was also a member of the ICAEW working party that developed Technical Release 03/11 'Residential Service Charge Accounting', the leading accounting guidance for the sector and continues to be involved in accounting developments in the sector.
